Diet Menu: 10.1.2018 (Day 3)

Day 3

Breakfast:
2 pcs toasted wholemeal bread
2 sunny-side up eggs + pinch of flavoured black pepper and chilli flakes
2 cherry tomatoes – sliced
Japanese cucumber slices
1 mug green tea

Morning Snack:
1 kiwi

Lunch:
Same as before

Afternoon Snack:
1 persimmon

Dinner:
1/4 steamed seabass
1 cup sauteed tau miu

Water:
3000 ml
