A pinch of chilli flakes and flavoured black pepper
1 mug green tea
Morning Snack:
1 green apple
Lunch:
Same like yesterday
Afternoon Snack:
1 kiwi
1 mug green tea
Dinner:
1 plate blanched tau miu + chicken pcs (w/o salt/oil)
Water:
3000 ml
