Our dinner tonite

Yeay, at last, I was dreaming of making my own pizza, and yes, last night the wish was fulfilled.

Even though the base pastry was quite “gebu”, but the taste was delicious indeed. The bread base was very soft and I think I should learn to use that recipe to make some buns with filling.

As usual I googled the recipes on the Net, and found some that I combined. Mostly I referred to Lemongrass and Dayang Jack.

I also grilled 4 pcs of lamb chop marinated in rosemary and lemon.
