Last night I had a talk with my husband before sleep, saying that I think I'm glad I wasn't offered to work at MD, because of so many reasons that I'm glad not happening to me. And I feel so relieved when my husband said he also think that it's good that I'm not working anymore, coz he said I'm less stressed and tired nowadays, the house looks quite organized, our kids happy to be home early after school, there's always dinner served early when he got back from work. Before this he was quite worried about those bills and all, but last night he said, we saved more actually. I think I'm blessed.
So no more whining about not working anymore. I'm happy now.
So today, we throwback our menu on 20th February 2018.
Macaroni Carbonara
Bahan-bahan:
1/2 peket makaroni – direbus mengikut arahan pada peket, ditoskan
5 batang sosej ayam – dihiris
1 keping dada ayam – dipotong dadu
3/4 tin cendawan butang – dihiris
1 botol sos carbonara Pregos
1 cawan susu segar
1 sudu besar serbuk lada hitam
1 biji bawang Holland – dipotong dadu
3 ulas bawang putih – dicincang halus
Air secukupnya
Garam dan Maggi Cukup Rasa
Sedikit minyak untuk menumis
Cara-cara:
- Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum diikuti dengan bawang Holland hingga layu.
- Masukkan ayam, sosej dan cendawan. Tumis beberapa minit dan masukkan serbuk lada hitam. Tumis sebentar.
- Masukkan sos carbonara. Tuangkan sedikit air ke dalam botol sos dan goncangkan. Tuangkan ke dalam masakan tadi.
- Masukkan susu dan kacau rata, masukkan air jika suka berkuah.
- Setelah mendidih, masukkan garam dan MCR jika suka. Kacau rata dan setelah berwap, tutup api.
- Sedia dihidangkan.
Spaghetti ala Aglio Olio My Style
Bahan-bahan:
1/2 peket spaghetti – direbus mengikut arahan pada peket, ditoskan
7 ulas bawang putih – dicincang halus
3 sudu besar chilli flakes
1 ekor sotong sederhana – dibuang kulit luar dan dihiris
1 keping daging kisar Ramly – dilembutkan
1 pokok daun ketumbar – dicincang kasar
Garam dan MCR secukup rasa
2 sudu besar minyak masak
Cara-cara:
- Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih hingga agak garing dan wangi.
- Masukkan sotong dan daging kisar. Kacau rata.
- Masukkan spaghetti, daun ketumbar, chilli flakes, garam dan MCR. Kacau rata beberapa minit dan tutup api.

Haha Ida... ingat tak layan blog dah... hihi... blog aku ni nak update resipi aku je sebenarnya, utk reference anak2 aku, tapi ntah tetiba nak jot something about my feelings jadi SAHM. Haah, dah resign... company closing down. Ingat nak try tempat lain...tapi semua pun jauh belaka... so aku buat freelance je kat rumah.. takde la masyuk sgt tapi boleh la to kill the time... kotidak kang asik tido je....
takpe ida, selagi daya keje, keje je... aku pun mula2 macam x boleh terima gak at first tetiba je jadi full time housewife, ambik masa jugak 2 3 minggu dok rasa useless memula haha... tapi alhamdulillah, rupanya best gak dok umah ni...
