Mee Goreng (quickie version)

Mee Goreng (quickie version)


1 packet yellow mee - wash with running water

1/2 ladleful prepared chilli paste
2 chicken breasts - cut into cubes
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp BBQ sauce (because I ran out of tomato sauce)
2 sprigs mustard leaves - cut into pieces - dividing the hard and soft parts
1 tbsp soy sauce

Heat oil and saute chilli paste till fragrant. Add chicken and mustard hard part and stir well. Add sauces and some water. When boil, add yellow mee and stir well. Add mustard leaves and salt to taste.
