AYAM MASAK KICAP (QUICKIE VERSION)

Ayam Masak Kicap (quickie version)

5 pcs chicken parts (I used boney parts only)
1 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp salt

Combine all and fry chicken parts till golden. Set aside.

1/2 ladleful chilli paste (prepared earlier)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce (Tamin)
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 onion - cut into wedges
1 red chilli - cut into 2
4 bird's eye chillies
Oil
Salt

Heat oil and saute the chilli paste till fragrant. Add oyster sauce and black pepper. Add some water, soy sauce, fried chicken, onion, red chilli and bird's eye chillies. Stir well. Season to taste.
