LEMON ROSEMARY ROASTED SPRING CHICKEN

Lemon Rosemary Roasted Spring Chicken (dewigunung - WMC)

Got this recipe from dewigunung (WMC). But I modified a lil bit.

1 lemon - boiled till soft and fork it all over

1 whole spring chicken - cleaned

2 garlics - pounded
2 tsp dried rosemary - pounded
Salt
1 tsp oil (suppose use olive oil, but ain't got it, I use normal cooking oil instead)
2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce (Lea & Perrins)

Combine all and rub all over the chicken. Put the boiled lemon inside the chicken stomach.
Roast in microwave (set to roast chicken) till golden brown.
Serve with brown sauce (I used McCormick's instant).
Garnish with boiled broccoli and chicken balls.
