Spaghetti Bolognaise Goreng
This menu was prepared last Saturday. Since Papa was not around (he had to work) and me being so lazy to cook (with 2 little boys - what do you expect - can hardly do anything!), so I cook this dish.
The difference is I fried altogether (save time to wash so many plates).
1/4 packet spaghetti - prepared as per instructions, set aside
1/2 tin bolognaise sauce (Prego)
1 tsp cooking oil
1 tbsp garlic butter (can't remember the brand)
1 onion - sliced thinly
1/2 packet RAMLY's minced beef
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
• Heat oil and garlic butter. Saute onion slices till fragrant.
• Put in minced beef and cauliflower florets. Stir till both ingredients cooked.
• Add in bolognaise sauce, dried rosemary and some water.
• Then, put in cooked spaghetti and salt to taste.
