Cooking again

Black Pepper Chicken with Broccoli

Ingredients
Small chicken parts (I prefer the boney parts) - cleaned
1 packet MAGGI Black Pepper powder
2 cloves garlic - crushed
1/2 onions - sliced thinly
Enough water
Broccoli - cut into florets
Red chilli - sliced
Oil

Method
Heat oil and saute garlic and onion till fragrant.
Add in chicken and stir fry for a while then add some water. Let it boil and chicken cooked.
Add in broccoli and stir a while then pour in black pepper powder. Cook till the gravy thickened. Add in red chilli's slices.

Three-Flavoured Siakap

Ingredients
1 siakap - slid the sides
1 tbsp MAGGI cukup rasa (optional)
1 tbsp corn/wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt

1/4 can pineapple cubes (I used Ayam Brand)
1/2 green capsicum - cubed
1/2 yellow capsicum - cubed
5 cili padi - slid
1/4 carrot - julienned
1 onion - sliced thinly
3 cloves garlic - crushed
3 tbsp prepared chilli paste
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
Salt, Ajinomoto to taste
Oil

Method
Coat the fish with the first three ingredients. Fry till golden and crisp. Set aside.

Using 3 tbsp oil from the fish's wok, saute garlic and onion till fragrant. Stir in prepared chilli paste, oyster sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce.

Add in all the vegetables and pineapple cubes. Stir fry and add in all the seasonings to taste.

Pour on the fish.
