Also happened last month. This year will be his final year in kindy, next year will move on to be a standard one kid. Pandai pulak dia control muka, selalu ada je nak buat muka pelik-pelik.

Boring

Pelik kan, dulu masa belum masuk streamyx rajin giler nak update blog, gigih mengarang kat office semua, tapi bila dah ada line, malas la pulak, blank takde idea nak cerita apa, i don't really care whether there are people out there who wants to read my blog, coz I'm blogging just to satisfy myself... tapi kan tu la lately memang takde rasa nak blog langsung, gambar all ada je, tapi malas nak upload, streamyx kat rumah ni mostly untuk facebooking or searching recipes, or reading friends' blogs, other peoples' blog, and the most important task will always be Maybank2u la kan especially di awal bulan...

Tapi for the past few days ni ada je benda yang membuatkan aku migraine.

Sambal Tumis Sotong dengan Petai

Last nite's dinner for En Koji


3 ekor sotong (biarkan seekor-seekor)
10 biji petai - dibelah 2
1 labu bawang besar - dihiris
3 senduk kecil cili kisar (prepared)
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 keping asam keping (atau jus asam jawa)
Minyak untuk menumis

Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang besar hingga layu dan wangi. Masukkan cili kisar dan sos tiram. Tumis sehingga naik minyak. Masukkan sotong dan petai, tambah sedikit air jika perlu. Masukkan asam keping dan masak sehingga sotong betul-betul masak.

Yee Mee Goreng

Since this morning I was taking a half-day due to some reasons, I cooked this fried yee mee. This is my first time cooking this dish, usually kalau nak makan yee mee (whatever method of cooking), makan kat kedai. The other day, we went to NSK Selayang for the first time, since ramai yang cakap kat sana groceries and raw food murah kan. Ternampak la yee mee ni. Hmm...rasa nak try la buat sendiri.

Tapi buat style mee goreng (mi kuning tu). Tapi bahan2 dah dialter mengikut kesesuaian apa yang ada dalam fridge.



Bahan-bahan
2 keping yee mee - rendam dalam air (jangan sampai kembang)
Dada ayam - potong kecil
Daging cincang Ramly
1/2 batang leek - hiris 1 cm
1/2 biji capsicum merah - hiris
1 labu bawang besar - hiris
3 ketul bawang putih - cincang
2 sudu besar cili mesin
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu besar sos cili
Kicap secukupnya (dah x masuk garam dah)

Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih hingga layu. Masukkan daging dan isi ayam. Tumis hingga garing.
Masukkan cili mesin, sos tiram, sos tomato dan sos cili. Tumis hingga naik minyak. Masukkan yee mee (ditoskan), leek dan capsicum. Goreng hingga mesra. Angkat dan hidangkan.











 

Kuala Gula, Taiping

Last two weeks, we went back to Taiping to set up our bundle business. Ada la jenjalan bawa MIL and SIL ke Kuala Gula, coz En Koji thought nak makan mi udang. He claimed mi udang kat situ the best of all la. But unfortunately, time we all sampai tu, dalam pukul 2 pm. Si waitress (yang Shikin -  my SIL complained kerek), kata pukul 3 pm baru ada masak/goreng-goreng. Since we all had heavy breakfast that morning, and the food served there were nasi campur, so minum je la...sambil tgk anak2 ikan.
